    JOB DESCRIPTION

    VD Recruitment has partnered with a leading Organisation in the Home Care industry.Their office is based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and is growing, and they need a Care Supervisor / Customer Service Manager to help them manage the people who use their services . Hourly rate: £24k to £26k per annum Location : Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. Hours: 8.30am to 5pm , Mon to Fri

    JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

      The Role Make sure the organisation provides safe, effective, high quality care that is responds to each customer’s needs and preferences Make sure our services respect customers’ choices and promote their dignity and privacy at all times Able to make a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
      Provide the customer and, where appropriate their representatives.

    PERSON SPECIFICATION

      We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: You will need to have Health and Social care sector experience and have a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification.
      You will be a warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
      .
      Keen to take on the responsibility of managing the security of the development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
      Able to co-ordinate and facilitate activities that help strengthen the community spirit within the development.
      Driven to continue to grow their skills and will want to lead by example and think on their feet.
      Able to make a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
